Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Deletion Criteria Dialog Box of the Integration Wizard

Use this dialog box to define the criteria for deleting items in the imported data. You can select a control account, work package, or both.

If you select both a control account and work package, the items being deleted are filtered for the control account value or the work package value, so they have to match either filter to be deleted.

Field Description
Code Select a code from the drop-down list. This drop-down list displays all the Cobra control account codes that have assigned values. This list displays the prompts for the codes. You can choose to filter by:
  • Code assignment: Deletes items based on a specific code assignment.
  • Project name: Deletes records from Cobra only if the selected code value equals the name of the schedule project being imported.
Work Package Select a work package from the drop-down list. This drop-down list displays all of the Cobra control work packages that have assigned values.  This list displays the prompts for the work packages. You can choose to filter by:
  • Code assignment: Deletes items based on a specific work package.
  • Project name: Deletes records from Cobra only if the selected work package equals the name of the schedule project being imported.
